IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 28 NIGHTS:
- For stays 28 days or longer you will be required to sign a rental agreement. The agreement will be provided at the request of booking for your review and submission will be required prior to check in .

- For monthly stays longer than one month, an intermediate cleaning service will be required during the stay. This cleaning will be provided by my trusted team and coordinated in advance to accommodate your schedule. It will include a full linen and towel change, as well as a replenishment of toiletries. This is a courtesy service and will be provided at no additional cost.
