This upscale property offers all the bells and whistles for your family.
Both of these gorgeous homes have been recently renovated with light and airy open floor plans.
Modernist Oasis has a private enclosed front yard with a heated pool and off-street parking.
It is a short drive to the interstate and resort area, and just a few steps to the beach.
The space
The Main House – 4 Bedrooms | 3.5 Baths
Tucked behind the guest house, the main home features a bright, open living space with a cathedral ceiling, a large gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The chef’s kitchen boasts stone countertops, a 5-burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and a bar seating for six, plus a dining table for ten.
Step out to the expansive screened-in porch, complete with a second dining table for ten, an outdoor seating area, and a ceiling fan. The yard includes a small garden, a gas grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
Main House Bedrooms:
1st Floor: King bedroom with full ensuite bath (shower).
2nd Floor:
Primary Suite: King bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity, glass shower, soaking tub, and a private deck.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Custom triple-stacked bunk beds (sleeps 6).
Hallway bath with shower.
Additional Amenities: Utility room with washer/dryer, hallway half bath.

The two-bedroom guest house provides extra privacy with its own full kitchen, living room, and laundry.

Open living area with full kitchen (Jenn-Air range, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice maker).

2nd Floor:
King bedroom (shares a full bath with second bedroom).

Liability & Indemnity: Guests assume full responsibility for personal injury or property damage during the stay. Owner is not liable for accidents, theft, or injury.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances during their stay, including lost or missing items. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in poor condition. If damages occur, we reserve the right to request reimbursement through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Failure to pay may result in additional action outside the platform.
Insurance: We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance. Our insurance does not cover guest property or liability.
Force Majeure: If the property becomes unavailable due to damage or external events, a full refund will be issued.
Trash & Parking: Weekly trash pickup Tuesday. Please bring city cans to the street on Monday evening. Four driveway spots + free street parking.
Utilities: Please conserve electricity (AC to 77° / Heat to 65° when away).
Holdover: Unauthorized late departures will be charged 2x nightly rate per day.
Governing Law: This booking is governed by the laws of Virginia.
