The space
The main level of the home has an expansive living room area with an area set up with a cozy sectional & a 65" brand new flat screen TV. The additional space is multi-functional: yoga (4 mats), play the guitar, ukulele or tribal drum, play cards, board games or read a book.

There are many windows that lookout to the ocean view & 2 sliding glass doors that go out to the patio/lanais with a lava walk way that leads out to the ocean front cliffs (PLEASE be careful - go out there at your own risk!!!)

The large kitchen is well appointed with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, utensils, air fryer, 4-slice bagel toaster, Keurig coffee/tea/hot water, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, salad spinner & more! There are the basic condiments provided: coffee pods, tea bags, salt, pepper, mayo, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, soy sauce, fig bars and more!

The dining room table seats 6 and is next to the kitchen with a door out straight out to the ocean side patio. A propane BBQ is provided with BBQ utensils!!

A full bathroom & bedroom are located on the main floor as well. With an elephant bamboo bed frame & a brand new queen size mattress along with a walk-in closet.

The second floor is an entire private master bedroom suite complete with 2 balconies/lanais, a full bathroom, a king size bed, a sitting area with an over size arm chair with ottoman, a rattan tropical sleeper sofa and a full size washer & dryer.

All the floor coverings in the home are laminate except for the stairs to the second floor which is carpeted.

The location is ideal - Located in the best neighborhood on the eastside of the island!!! Take long walks or jog in the neigborhood - you will find friendly people along the way!

The home sits on a half acre site with a small banana patch in the front yard, lawn and a paved driveway with plenty of parking!
