Spacious, 5 bedroom home, 3 full bathrooms with upstairs and downstairs family rooms. Enjoy a comfortable nights rest, family meals and leisure time between your scheduled San Antonio events and attractions! Our well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home, cookware, bakeware, pots & pans and everything else you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family.

The space
Built in 2019, our home boasts high ceilings, open areas for family gathering, various cozy spots for socializing or getting away to get some rest and relaxation. All new furnishings, tastefully decorated with you in mind. Enjoy a good nights rest in our quality, plush beds.

Guest access
With the exception of two maintenance closets, the entire home is available to our guests. An electronic door code will be issued for immediate access upon your leisure arrival. There are two parking spaces in the driveway and parking for one (1) additional vehicle in the garage.

Other things to note
Minimum age to rent: Primary guest must be 28 years of age or older

Rental agreement must be completed, signed and sent back with a copy of a government issued ID before arrival and access instructions will be issued.

Please do not bring more that 10 guests total. Children (toddlers & infants) will count towards the guest count.

There's some breakable decor and planters. If children may be drawn to play with or knock them over, please feel free to relocate these items to higher ground. Thank you for removing shoes before going upstairs; mostly carpeted area.

Hi! I'm Carlos Munoz, born in the mid 1970's, raised and residing in San Antonio, TX. At the age of 25, I became a born-again Christian and soon after married my wife Stephanie and together we have 6 wonderful children! Out of high school my business experience was mostly retail & restaurant management. This afforded the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of business, direct human resources and revealed my God-given ability to go the extra mile to please guests. In my mid 20's, I returned to college to pursue a degree in software engineering. During this time I worked for a services company as the director of contracting. The combination of these two skills prepared me for accounting and algorithmic formulas for complex problem solving and reporting. In 2011, in an effort to down-size, I had an idea to buy a cheap home and rent out our existing home (at the time) for a monthly rate that could support both mortgages. Our first long-term renter was a nightmare to deal with, hence, I decided to try short-term rentals and SA Vacay was founded. Anticipating a career in the computer industry, I would never have imagined that I was being groomed for vacation rental management. The Lord indeed works all things together for good; who can know His ways! For the last eight (8) years, we have hosted thousands of families in our San Antonio Vacation Rentals and we look forward to hosting you!
