We are pleased to include the use of the private enclosed garden at the rear of the property as part of your booking. Access to any other green spaces on our property is by arrangement only
If you are staying with young children, we can provide a stair gate, travel cot and high chair on request. Please let us know if you would like any of these when booking
We have solar panels and have linked our central heating and water heating to them via smart devices. We have set the heating to a toasty 21 degrees for mornings and evenings, and a cosy 19 degrees for midday and overnight. The water gets heated all day long while the sun shines. If you need to change these please let us know and we can talk you through it.
Whilst we have a spacious walk-in wet room, there is currently no bath at the property
House Rules
1. Check-in: between 16:00 - 23:00. Check out: 10:00 Self check-in with lock-box
2. Mill House Bungalow requires a Security hold of £250. It will be collected by a secure online form before your arrival.
3. To comply with immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 full names and nationalities of guests over the age of 16 must be provided. Guests who are not British, Irish, or from a Commonwealth country will also be required to provide a passport number, place of issue and details of onward travel. This will be collected through our rental agreement.
4. No smoking or vaping on site
5. No parties or events
6. Guests are required to sign and agree our Rental Agreement
7. Maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note: Dogs should not be left alone in the property. It’s just not fair on your dog/s (or on us if they cause damage) as being in a strange new place can cause some dogs to be anxious or lonely. We do provide contact details of several local Doggy Day care facilities if you need to leave your dog somewhere. In the unlikely event of your dog/s causing any damage, this will be taken from your damage deposit.
8. We ask that you respect our neighbours' privacy. Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
