ABOUT MIGHTY VIEW CABIN:
• • Our cabin is new (built in 2023), green built and net-zero certified.
• • The space is best suited for a couple, a small family or small group of friends.
• • The setting is quiet and very private, yet only 25 minutes to downtown Asheville!
- There is one bedroom with a king size bed, closet, wardrobe, reading chair and desk. The second bedroom is a loft with a queen sized bed and a reading chair. Both bedrooms are equipped with luxurious memory foam mattresses and warm, cozy bedding.

The loft is directly above the bedroom, so while the house has two beds and can sleep up to 4, the loft and bedroom do not have a door/wall between them.
- Three French doors open to a large deck inviting you to unwind. There you will find a propane grill, comfortable lounge seating, rocking chairs, chaise lounge chair and a dinette to enjoy your meal outdoors. You will absolutely love the jaw dropping panoramic mountain views and the relaxing sound of water bubbling through the cascading rocks on the side of the cabin.
- Views can also be enjoyed as you soak in the nearby blue tooth-equipped hot tub.
- In the kitchen, you’re welcome to help yourself to coffee, tea and variety of spices. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking and baking needs.
- In the bathroom we have provided the bathing and bathroom essentials as well as laundry detergent sheets, should you need to wash something. Hair dryer and hair straightener are also offered. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom.
- Outside you can enjoy a wood burning fire pit with a view and, in the cold months, you can cozy up in front of a wood burning stove inside. Initial wood supply will be available for you. For any additional use, you may want to pick up firewood on your way to the house!
- The cabin has cooling and heating via two mini splits.
- The property is supplied by a private well, providing clean mountain water that is tested and safe for drinking.
- For your entertainment you can take advantage of a smart TV, books and games.
- WiFi is fast and reliable via Starlink.

There is a section of a private shared paved road and then a long gravel driveway to the house, and two parking spots right in front of the cabin.
**WINTER ACCESS** ☃️☃️☃️
On the few winter storm occasions we get in this area, the access to the cabin may become slightly more difficult due to snow and/ or ice. These are not frequent and it is, frankly, quite cozy to get snowed in at the cabin. The snow typically does not stay long on the ground due to warmer daytime temperatures. We advise during an inclement weather to use an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive and/or tire chains. Again, THIS MAY BE NEEDED ONLY DURING AN INCLEMENT WEATHER. We cannot predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (AirBNB provides this while checking out!).
Other things to note
**HOT TUB** We love the hot tub, and work diligently to keep it maintained. Due to situations outside of our control, there are times when we are unexpectedly forced to drain and refill the tub and it may take extra time to reheat for the next guest. This happens rarely, but we like to manage expectations to avoid disappointment should that happen during your stay.
