Cabin has queen size bed, I set of Bunk beds, table and chairs in each cabin. Fire pit and picnic tables outside for cooking and eating. Bathhouse on site with thermal shower and real toilet. I absolutely loved this place, and have now saved it as a place I will definitely go back to! Me and a friend spent a week here for a fly fishing trip and it could not have been a better place. The home was very clean and perfectly situation on the side of a mountain overlooking a creek that had trout in the creek. Sitting on the porch each night and hearing the creek rushing was incredibly peaceful. The beds were also very comfortable. The cabin was decorated very well to match the cabin in the mountains vibe. I cannot say enough great things about this place, or the host. This rental has now made my Airbnb shortlist, and I am confident that I will be a repeat renter of this location.

We loved staying at Contentment Place. It was very home like with a cozy mountain atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding and good pillows! The location was in a peaceful neighborhood that was quiet and restful. We loved the porches and spent time on them listening to the birds and watching elk peacefully graze nearby. The location was perfect for us. Our teenaged boys were minutes away from Cataloochee Ski Area. We explored waterfalls, antique shops, and Waynesville, all close by and convenient. At night we snuggled on the comfy high quality living room furniture with a fire lit to watch our favorite basketball team on the big screen TV. We will definitely be returning next year!

Loved having some alone time with my girlfriend. Was not expecting there to be no wifi, internet, or service but honestly that made the experience better for me. The hot tub was nice and the scenery was beautiful. It even snowed while we were there and we are not used to seeing snow so that was a very nice surprise for us! 10/10 would stay here again!

Such a great destination get away! Views are impeccable and directly from the cabin makes it the cherry on top!! Enough outdoor things to do and see in the surrounding. Kids stayed busy with the arcade loft and enjoyed the stay. Our fur babies loved the yard to roam as well. Great trip and cabin.

This was without a doubt the best house I stayed in on my fourth visit to Maggie Valley. Everything works in the house and it smells great. It is super clean, in a super safe location, easy to get to and close to everything. Facing the river you can have your coffee looking at the beautiful wire in front of the house and then if you want go to the river to throw some rocks. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest, and all around best places we have stayed thus far! We walked in and were instantly surprised how nice the house was! The view was wonderful in spite of the hurricane a few weeks prior. John was extremely punctual on answering any questions I may have had and helped in any matter he could! I would have given six stars if I could!
