We spent nearly one year fully restoring and remodeling our 1955 Traveleze trailer just for you. Now you can experience the beauty and fun of staying in a mid-century modern vintage trailer in Waco. It's an experience you'll never forget. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.

We are across the street from the Arboretum, 1.3 miles from Lake Waco, and a 15 min drive from Magnolia Market.

We are committed to Airbnb's nondiscrimination policy.

The space
Make your tiny home dreams come true - vintage style with modern touches!

Our 1955 Traveleze was born and raised in Los Angeles just before getting a makeover and retiring to Texas at the age of 62-years-young. The bed is a comfortable futon opposite a padded bench seat with storage underneath with extra linens, just in case. You'll find all the pillows, sheets, and comforter in the small closet to the right of the bathroom door (the one with the clocks on it).

The bathroom with shower, toilet, and extras is located at the end of the trailer behind the door with the mirror. One of the coolest pieces in the trailer is the original 1950's gas stove - that still works! Just turn on the gas and use the lighter to light the flame (let us know if you if you need help). The A/C and the electric water heater work very well.

We have a dedicated parking spot for your vehicle right next to the trailer or you can park on the street, whichever you prefer. The trailer is stationed in the back corner of our backyard, but is fenced off from the rest of the yard for your privacy. There are no working security cameras on the premises.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a mid-size trailer, so the shower and bed are small and may not be comfortable for guests over 5' 10". The trailer is 21 feet long, 8 feet wide, and about six feet and three inches tall on the inside.

Guest access
You can access the driveway, parking spot, and fenced in Trailer space. The arboretum across the street has a few miles of gorgeous trails to enjoy!

Neighborhood highlights

We are tucked away in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac where you will hear nearly no street traffic and be surrounded by trees. We are across the street from a side entrance of Carleen Bright Arboretum, an incredible place with a couple miles of breathtaking nature trails and beautiful gardens. This is also one of Waco's most popular wedding sites. We are 1.3 miles from Lake Waco. It's a lovely jog to take in the mornings. We are 14 minutes away from Baylor. And of course, we live 15 minutes from Magnolia Market at the Silos and we are a straight shot down Bosque Blvd. to Little Shop on Bosque (Joanna's first shop and where all of Magnolia's discounted products are sold).
