The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a personal TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with its own TV, while the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a pullout trundle and a TV. The living room sofa pulls out into an additional bed, perfect for extra sleeping space. The main house also includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for family meals and gatherings.

The guesthouse is designed for fun and relaxation, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a private TV, and the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a pullout trundle and its own TV. The guesthouse also boasts an entertainment room with arcade games, an Xbox, darts, a foosball table, and a large TV, ensuring fun for everyone.

The outdoor space features a massive backyard deck with a BBQ grill and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing and socializing after a day at the beach.
