With two spacious rooms for your comfort. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, offering a perfect resting space for couples. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that includes a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top, ideal for families or groups of friends.

A cozy living and dining room space where you can relax, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

You can use any area of the apartment. You can also enjoy the building's amenities with a reservation. Our parking spaces are assigned. It's important that if you have any questions, ask the security staff to accompany you to the right place.

Welcome to Mérida Mi Amor. To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for all guests, it is important to follow our rules and guidelines. Please take a moment to review them.

APARTMENT RULES

1. No parties:
Please maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere. We don't allow parties or noisy events that might disturb other guests.

2. No smoking:
This is a smoke free space. Out of respect for all guests and to maintain a clean environment, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (including the balcony).

3. QR code access:
It is important that prior to arrival you provide us with a photo of the IDs of EVERYONE on the reservation, including minors, as this will be used to create the QR code for your access. The building's QR access code is exclusively for registered guests. Do not share or transfer your code with unregistered people. This guarantees the safety and privacy of all.

4. Pets are not allowed:
We love pets, however unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the apartment. This is to ensure the comfort and hygiene of all guests.

5. Take care of the electricity and air conditioners:
Because we want to raise awareness about the use of electricity, the meter reading will be taken prior to your arrival.
We include 210 kwh per week. Upon your departure, we will take another reading to confirm usage, and a charge of $5 mxn will be made for each excess kwh if necessary. So we suggest you follow the rules of use for air conditioners and definitely if you are not in the apartment or if you are not in that room, if you go out for a walk I recommend that you keep everything off. High consumption and little responsibility in the use of electricity has led us to take these measures. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

6. Throw garbage in its place.
The garbage dump is located on each floor; in the emergency stairs you will find it marked with the name "CHUTE". There you can place your garbage bags except for glass and cardboard as these are deposited directly in the garbage chamber, in front of the building's security booth.

Any violation of these rules will be taken seriously and may result in a fine. The amount of the fine will vary depending on the severity of the violation and will be determined by the apartment's management.
