The space
Blending Spanish Colonial charm with Art Deco and Mid-Century modern influences, Casa 52 is designed for both beauty and comfort. The home features soaring 20-foot beamed ceilings in the original front crujía and traditional hand-laid pasta tile floors throughout.

Custom steel-framed arched doors and windows beautifully showcase the lush gardens and serene pool. The expansive terrace offers a perfect place to unwind in the shade after a day exploring.

Guests can easily walk to Paseo Montejo, Calle 47, Parque La Plancha, cafés, galleries, and many of Mérida’s best restaurants.

Our king-size primary suite is an elegant standalone casita at the rear of the property, with pool views, a private garden, and an outdoor shower. Two queen-size guest rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony, are located upstairs in the main house.

The fully equipped kitchen is a social hub, centered around a custom island ideal for cooking and gathering. Modern stainless appliances include a gas cooktop and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and more.

Comfort is key: the home is fully air-conditioned with mini-split A/C units and ceiling fans throughout, complemented by blackout curtains in all bedrooms for a cool and restful night’s sleep. High-speed Wi-Fi ensures a smooth remote-work experience. A Samsung Smart TV with Fire Stick offers access to global channels via ThunderTV and streaming platforms including Netflix, Amazon, and Apple.

Thoughtfully curated furniture and original artwork, including Mid-Century vintage pieces and custom designs, give Casa 52 its distinct, refined character.
