When we’re home on the island, mornings often begin on the lanai with coffee, birds visiting the patio or nearby trees, and time spent simply taking in the surrounding greenery. Mauna Lanai—which reflects our love of elevated island living and a strong connection to the outdoors—captures how this home feels: open, calm, and grounded in its surroundings. The single-level interior layout keeps everything easy and connected, creating a bright, comfortable living space that feels relaxed and welcoming.
We love the natural flow between indoors and out. After a day at the beach or exploring nearby trails, evenings slow down naturally—cocktails on the queen bedroom lanai with pool and mountain views, family dinners shared around the table or on the lanai, and quiet time together as the day winds down. It’s a calm, unhurried rhythm that feels restorative, grounding, and distinctly Hawaiian.

Lanai & Outdoor Living
Enjoy two private lanais, each offering a unique island perspective. The expansive main lanai overlooks lush tropical landscaping and the tranquil fountains at the Bali Hai entrance—perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evening dining. The second lanai, located off one of the bedrooms, features pool and mountain views and provides a peaceful space to unwind.
These lanais are a favorite spot for our guests to slow down and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the North Shore.
Garage, Gear & Family Essentials
Guests enjoy keyless entry and exclusive use of a secure, covered two-car garage, which comfortably fits two mid-size SUVs.
Island gear is provided for your convenience, including:
• Cruiser bikes (subject to availability)
• Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler
For families traveling with young children, a BOB stroller and Pack ’n Play are also provided. A rinse hose is located just outside the garage for easy clean-up after beach days.
Larger Vehicles:
If your vehicle does not fit comfortably in the garage, please let us know (before or after check-in). We’re happy to arrange an overnight guest parking pass for nearby designated guest parking. Per HOA guidelines, overnight parking outside the garage is limited to approved guest spaces and requires a permit.

Princeville is located atop scenic coastal bluffs. Beach access in this area often involves descending trails and climbing back up, with sections that may be steep, uneven, or muddy—especially after rain.
Some nearby beaches are secluded and may not have lifeguards. Guests should wear appropriate footwear, supervise children closely, assess conditions carefully, and follow all posted warnings and local guidance. Ocean conditions can change quickly.
