Gorgeous, beachfront condo right on the 18th floor on the Gulf in South Seas Club, a private 55-acre gated community. Situated on top of Tower I in South Seas West, you can enjoy the white sand of Marco's crescent beach or the luxury of the heated pool, just steps from your door. Relax on the 50' wrap around balcony and watch Marco Island's most beautiful sunsets! Access to on-site fitness center is free with rental. Tennis, bocce, pickleball courts, boat docks are also available for a fee.

The space
Recent renovations including kitchen with new quartz countertops, new cooktop and convection oven, walk-out shower in master bath, large flat-screen televisions with HD digital receivers, and fiber optic internet with WIFI.

Condo is stocked with linens, beach towels/chairs, kitchen cooking supplies, and everything else you need. Just bring your suitcase!

Guest access
We use key system which will be provided at booking. There is a front security gate and 24 hour security on the resort property. Access for additional visitors require contacting the gate house.

Other things to note
Monthly ( usually 30 day minimum) booking required by the resort (South Seas West). Between December and March all rentals must complete at the end of a calendar month (e.g., 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, etc.). We provide an informational brochure and information on booking. Starting in July 2023, the resort has instituted a $100 parking charge to non-relatives payable by the guest.

We do use multiple booking sites so availability may be different.
