This area is scenic and easy to get around.
This is a 3 bed/2 bath spacious condo in the Maravilla complex. Maravilla is the most popular resort in Destin / Miramar Beach, FL. We have 2 tennis courts, pickle ball court, a basketball court, shuffleboard, two pools, a hot tub, workout facility, and bike racks.

Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. There are TVs in every room. The fully-equipped kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Washer/dryer also included

The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.

I have been a Property Manager for 20 years and have managed vacation properties on the beach at this location for 10 years. Stephanie, my daughter, also helps me manage our condos. She has over 7 years of experience in customer service and has a passion for servicing our guests! My husband and I also own two condos within this complex and am active in helping maintain the integrity of this vacation spot. I am very familiar with the area and make myself available for questions or problems. I am new to using Airbnb but joined to give all travelers the opportunity to find me although I also use other mediums as well.
