The Maple is peacefully located minutes from Wash DC. Free bus ride or minutes' walk to Potomac Yard Metro Station and to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops in both directions of E Glebe Rd. Reagan National Airport is 2.6 mi away by car or one metro stop northward, and Alexandria Old Town 2.4 mi or one metro stop southward. Plenty of public walking space, nearby parks, tourist attractions. Enjoy front street parking or rear private parking. This unit requires renting of at least 91 days.

Guest suite stays cool year round. No AC needed in the summer months. Portable fan available. A wall heater in the bathroom and another one in the main room will keep you warm in cold weather. Please note that the amenities section may state "radiant heat" but this is not correct).

Guest access
This is the basement unit of a three-level townhome, hosted by Sagitaur-Glebe Investments, LLC (Managers are Thu-Hang and Phong). It is called the Maple, named for the tree in the backyard. The above two levels are also rented out as another rental unit, called the Holly, named for the holly trees in the front yard. Each unit has an assigned parking space in the back of the house.

Guests at both the Maple and the Holly will share access to the backyard.

The use of patio furniture is arranged as follows:
The four-person patio set- for the Holly guests.
The two-person patio set- for the Maple guests.

The Maple has a walk-down private entrance in the back of the townhouse. This private entrance has a smart lock that is unlocked by the secured code assigned to the guests.

Parking space for Maple guests is behind the fenced backyard and to the left of the shed. It is assigned as Parking 3.

Other things to note
The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. Guests' behavior contrary to what is expected will lead to the guests' removal from the property without refund.

Guests have the convenience of self-check in via smartlock.

Please abide by the following rules:

No wearing of outside shoes inside the Unit
No pets
No drugs
No smoking ($500 penalty fee applies if rule is violated)
No parties
No loud music
Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

Only the maximum of two guests are allowed to stay on reservation at the Maple. Violation of this rule will lead to the removal of all guests from the property without refund .

Check in time is after 3PM.
Check out time is by 10AM.

Please be aware that, for stays 28 days or longer, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $50 on top of the regular cleaning fee to cover for the deep cleaning of the entire unit.

When there are concurrently booked guests in the upstairs unit, you may hear some sounds from above. We do ask upstairs guests to be considerate and be mindful of the noises.

Location! Location! Location!
You won't need a car if you come to stay at our Unit! You're within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, as well as the V-Tech Innovation Campus currently under construction. We're also located within minutes' walk or a free bus ride to the new metrorail (subway) station - the Potomac Yard Metro Station- where you can board the metro to get to countless tourist attractions in Washington DC, or to places such as Amazon HQ2 in Arlington. You're also one metro stop away north of or within a 5-7 minute drive by car to Old Town Alexandria, and one metro stop south of or within a 5-7 minute drive by car to Reagan National Airport. Also, by metro, you can easily go to and from Dulles International Airport. Wherever you may be coming from, once you have arrived to the Potomac Yard Metro Station, you can walk to the Unit from there or you can take a free ride on the city bus which will take you to the Unit within a few minutes. It is a safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood with plentiful available street parking, lots of indoors and outdoors activities to do, local parks such as the Four Mile Run Park and Trail, and where everyone is friendly.
