Very cute, clean and quiet. Less expensive than a hotel and free parking. Towels were soft, bed was comfy. I did think that there was another bed, but I was mistaken and 3rd person slept on the couch. Loved the coffee and cream.

Every aspect of this trip was amazing and it started with crystal effectively communicating before we even left home. From recommendations to using the metro, she had us covered. The location could not be more perfect in regards to getting to the Capital, monuments and great resteraunts. The neighborhood felt safe and walking around was truly a pleasure. The accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. Everything was clean and easy to use, and very we thought out. Loved it!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

Nice place, good for a couple, a residential area of DC east of the Capital, very walkable and quiet. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and noise from host upstairs very intermittent and not a problem. Would stay again.

Melissa’s place was absolutely wonderful & exactly as described. The snacks and fully stocked bathroom was a nice plus! It felt cozy and comfortable. The metro station is only a 15 ish minute walk away making it easy to get anywhere in DC. I would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay! Nice neighborhoods. The place is 15-20 min walk of metro and Capitol. Whole Foods was close - about 3 blocks. We were here about a week and walked/used the metro everywhere we wanted to go in DC. We would stay here again if we ever come back to DC. The host was great and really responsive! Parking: The ParkDC website was not hard to navigate and the host gives excellent directions. We had a rental car the last two days, but you cannot print the parking pass until you have the make/model/license plate number. We were not able to connect our phone to the printer in the house to print the street parking pass, but CVS Pharmacy is about two blocks away and we printed it there for $0.29!

Raphael and Sana were very responsive and kind. The basement unit has the basic necessities if you do not need a kitchen. Bed and rooms are clean and comfortable and their neighborhood is lovely! This was an ideal place as a solo female traveler- safe and quiet.

This is the best stay if you are wanting to stay outside of downtown DC but walkable to the capitol. Close to metro stations and the navy yard by a short walk. In the description, they are very clear that you are on the bottom floor of their home so you can hear them moving around in the morning and at night but it was never too much for us. We had three people and two slept on bed and one on the pull out couch. Both were very comfortable and we slept great. The host was very flexible with our check in and let us check in early! Overall, we loved this stay! A lovely and safe neighborhood!

Place was just as described. Bed was super comfy. Response time was fast. I would stay here again.

Yohanes was extremely helpful and proactive. The space was an easy walk to the metro(red and green lines) and easy to find.

Serena was an amazing host. She was very responsive and periodically checked in with us to make sure that everything was great. We had our infant and she thoughtfully set up a pack n play for us which was so helpful so we didn’t have to pack a travel bassinet. We have another trip to DC later this year and I would definitely stay again.

It is in a great location with amazing hosts! It can get loud above you sometimes which wasn't a problem for us but I think should be noted. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend you stay here on your trip to DC!

Michael’s place was awesome! Exactly what I wanted. Very close to my son’s place and easily accessible by metro and walkable. It’s very cute and very well appointed. Michael thought of everything!

My girlfriend and I LOVED Dana's, the stay was very spacious, comfortable, warm and welcoming. Dana provides detergent and the use of her washer and dryer so we were able to go home with clean clothes! Her place is in the cutest location and I highly recommend Virtue: Feed & Grain for dinner, the duck poutine was AMAZING. For dessert i'd recommend Kilwin's, we are from TX and this is literally the best ice cream ever. Honestly we regretted not staying here longer, if we could've, we would have cancelled our Hilton stay in D.C and stayed down here at Dana's cause it's truly worth it. We will definitely need to come back but we loved our time here, thank you Dana for opening up your home to us!

Absolutely delightful stay! The location was perfect - short and easy walk to Georgetown's action, but tucked into a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking. Brian was incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to arranging a parking pass and having it ready/waiting for us at a very late hour. The space was beautiful - impeccably clean with super comfortable beds! All the small touches - welcome basket on arrival, water stocked in the fridge, white noise machine in the bedroom, extra toiletries in the bathrooms - really made this stand out as one of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed in with one of the most thoughtful hosts. We would not hesitate to stay here again if back in DC.

Great stay!

This is a cute, nice, comfortable basement apartment in an absolutely fantastic neighborhood. We easily found the apartment at night and had no trouble getting inside. The neighborhood has a bunch of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks, on both 17th and 18th. There's also a couple nearby grocery stores. The buildings are classic brownstones with mature trees and it is a joy just to walk around the area and look at the scenery. Two different metro lines are a 10-minute walk away, and bus lines are even closer, making it easy to get around town without a car. The apartment itself was comfortable and more than spacious enough for us to enjoy both our own bedrooms and the common space. This was a great base to explore the wonders of DC and to relax at the end of the night. Thanks for a great stay!

I am absolutely in love with the accommodation! We were lucky enough to meet Luiz, who is an incredible human being, as were all the neighbors we met, who were very friendly. The neighborhood is lovely and the accommodation is well located, very close to the main attractions of Georgetown! The accommodation is very comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the temperature was excellent, everything was very clean, spacious, and working perfectly. We had two excellent nights of sleep. Our dog was very well received and we felt very comfortable. I am very grateful for these two incredible days in Washington DC.

We stayed at Leonardo’s place while touring colleges in DC. It’s a beautiful, very clean apartment in excellent neighborhood, walkable to Georgetown. Being able to park on a driveway was a huge plus, given the parking rules in DC. Leonardo’s apartment has everything you may need and then some. I would absolutely stay there again!

Jason’s place was perfect! The location was great—close to everything I needed and near all DC attractions. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a very welcoming vibe. Jason was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at the building multiple times and have been in several units. This is always my go to. Fantastic location and the property is clean and well and well maintained. I highly recommend!
