Secure indoor bike storage, a bike repair stand and a floor pump are included - bikes are not provided, so bring your own!

The space
The backyard has a grill, pergola over a firepit, ping-pong table, dartboard, corn hole, and patio furniture for outdoor dining. The yard is enclosed for animals. The parking is ample and gated - allows for an RV, large vehicles or trailers. The living room is spacious with seating for minimum 6, a bar and breakfast nook for eating. The kitchen is stocked and includes kid friendly cutlery and a high chair. The dining room is part of the original cabin and has a wood burning fireplace and seating for 6.

We do accept pets but take them on a case to case basis. Please be honest when telling us about bringing your animals and include them during the booking process. If you have concerns or questions please just reach out!

You can walk, bike or drive! The local downtown hot spots are less than a 10 minute walk away and close to the local favorites, the Hot Tomato, Copper Club Brewing Company, Base Camp Provisions, Over-the-Edge Sports, BestSlope Coffee, and Aspen St Coffee. Colorado National Monument just 6 minutes away. Grand Junction 15 minutes away. Less than an hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Resort.

BIKE GEAR: Guests may use our CXWXC bike repair stand and Topeak JoeBlow Max HP floor pump (160 psi; Presta, Schrader, Dunlop), kept in the bike shed.

PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles are NOT included. Bikes seen in photos of the storage shed were there only to show the space and are not available for guest use.
