Set in a conservation area and overlooking open countryside Mandarin cottage is set on a 3 and a half acre site.
Whether you want to relax in your own Lazy Spa or go explore this lovely county. Mileham is central for Norwich and Kings Lynn. 18 miles from the North Norfolk Coast. Wells beach being the nearest. Also central to Fakenham races, Thursford spectacular, Mid and North Norfolk Railways and Pensthorpe Nature reserve to name a few of the delights of this lively county. Parking available

The space
The property is a 3 bedroom upside down cottage. Upstairs is a comfortable open plan lounge /kitchen/diner. The corner folds out to become another double bed.
Downstairs there are 2 double rooms, 1 with ensuite and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom. There is off road parking with 3 acres of communal area. We have free wifi, table tennis, football table, seating areas and a exclusive Lazy spa available to enjoy

Set in a Conservation area in Mileham, along the Waveney walk, a looped walk and cycle path. Very central location in Norfolk, not far from numerous attractions such as the Thursford Spectacular, Pensthorpe, Castle Acre, Gressenhall museum, North Norfolk and Mid Norfolk railways as well as in between the shopping centres of Norwich and Kings Lynn.
Sandringham and Holkham are not too far away.
There is a village shop and a couple of good food pubs nearby.

Dereham is your nearest town where it has numerous supermarkets, pubs, parks, cinema and bowling.

Goswick and Houghton Hall are not far away.
Both very popular wedding venues.

Just 18 miles away from the beautiful North Norfolk Coast the nearest being Wells next to Sea. You can get on the coast road and travel along to Blakeney, Morston, Sheringham and Cromer or head in the other direction to the Beautiful Burnhams and Hunstanton.
