LUXURY HOME with BEACH VIEWS. ELEVATOR! 2 minute walk to the sand! Maize & Blue is the perfect Oak Island home. With 4 bedrooms (3 with en-suite baths, + 1 more full bath) this home sleeps 10. Experience sweeping beach views and sunsets from 2 HUGE deck. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen is perfect for hosting families and groups. Lots of parking and outdoor space to spread out and store your gear. Outdoor shower too! Linens provided & arrive to made beds.

The space
Maize & Blue OKI is a new construction, luxurious home on Oak Island, waiting to host your family this summer! This home is perfectly located 2 blocks to the white sand beaches of Oak Island. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles. There's tons of space under the house to store all your beach or fishing gear. You can also rinse off in the outdoor shower behind the house.

Enter the home and take the elevator up to the top 3rd floor, where you'll be greeted with expansive, unobstructed ocean views. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen are perfect for hanging out with the family. The gourmet kitchen features a large center island breakfast bar, granite and stainless, gas range, and huge pantry. The dry bar with beverage fridge is perfect for mixing your evening cocktails.

Have your meals around the large dining table or at the eating counter. Catch up on your favorite shows or movies in the comfy living room with electric fireplace and 65" tv. Head out to the enormous upper deck and sip your favorite beverages and watch the sunrise or sunset. You'll also find a bedroom with a built-in queen/full bunk bed and full luxury bath.

Make your way downstairs to the 2nd floor where you'll find 3 en-suite bedrooms each with a full bathrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom features access to the lower deck, a king bed, and huge bathroom with luxury walk in shower and private water closet. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. The laundry room features a washer and dryer with a sink. The lower level has plenty of storage and hooks to drop and store your gear.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Other things to note
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house, on the decks, or under the house. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED
- Some paper towels and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
