Carefully restored and thoughtfully curated, our spacious historic home is the ultimate sanctuary after a long day of hunting in the fields. Reconnect and recharge surrounded by original long-leaf pine floors, high ceilings, and our personal collection of midcentury furniture and fine art photography.

The Ultimate Drop Zone: Step inside to a large laundry/mudroom equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, a bench, and plenty of hooks—the perfect spot to drop your shopping bags, muddy boots, and sun hats the second you get home.

Feast & Talk Shop: Skip the long restaurant lines. Cook in the fully furnished kitchen and gather your group around the interior dining table that comfortably seats 8.

Outdoor Living: Unwind on the back deck, featuring a dining table with an umbrella and a comfortable outdoor seating area under mature live oak and pecan trees—ideal for an evening cocktail. There is also a brand-new covered front porch.

Relaxation & Space: Spread out in the cozy living room, browse our books and games, or relax in the sunroom featuring a full 88-key keyboard.

Bed & Bath Layout (Sleeps 6 Comfortably):

Downstairs Primary: King bed with an ensuite full bathroom.

Downstairs Guest: Queen bed, a dedicated workspace/desk, and our home workout space (see amenities checklist for equipment details).

Downstairs Half Bath: Found in the laundry/mudroom

Upstairs Guest: Private Queen bedroom with a full bathroom.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home. The lot also includes two large driveways with plenty of room for parking a trailer during the Round Top Antiques Show. Self-check-in with lock box.

All black and white fine art photography in the home is FOR SALE, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

This is our primary residence, please respect our belongings and live in it with care.

We live in the country, so wasps, spiders and other critters are to be expected while on property.

Trash pick-up is on Tuesday. There are two cans in the backyard next to the small shop.

If you’re missing anything feel free to reach out to us and we will try to bring it to you during your stay.

6. Do not move furniture. You will be charged for any damage done

What makes my home unique: 100+ years old, our fine art photography
Hi, we're Brittany & Brandon Thibodeaux and recently moved from Houston to historical Burton, TX. We wanted to create a space that showcases our mid century and other collected furniture and fine art photography but is comfortable and lived-in. We are excited to share our historical home and our great small town with the airbnb community.
