The space
This building has 5 suites. Each rentable suite (#4 & #3) has three floors. The ground level bedroom, kitchenette, private bathroom / shower. The middle floor has an open kitchen, living room and powder room. There are two identical bedrooms on the top floor featuring their own private bathroom / showers.

Unit #1 does have permanent residents, while units #2 & #5 are on the real estate market.
