Self Check-In:
Door Code will be provided several days prior to your arrival.
Parking Pass printed from your home or may print at concierge on arrival if no access to a printer. Wristbands (12 yrs and older) RFID guest, reusable & sanitized with your information left inside unit in designated area for resort/pool/fitness center access. Keep with you at all times while on property. ** If any of the provided wristbands are lost or not left in Unit for next guest at Checkout there will be $100 Charge per wristband! Pictures of the wristbands are taken on day of your check-In with date and time.
Display Parking Pass on dashboard of automobile to avoid being towed. Park in South Garage (far right) or further walk away garage in North Garage (far left). Lots of walking as this is a large resort!!
If you need a luggage cart you will have to leave ID with security until return of cart.
Best Choice: SOUTH PARKING GARAGE (Right of entrance). You will need to use the elevator in garage to go down to Ground level, take a Right from ground level outside of garage, Right through Breezeway and take a Right and walk until you see elevators on the left near end of lake area. Take elevator to the 18th floor, exit right and then go to the left until you see the unit.
If parking in North Garage: There are convenient walk-overs located on 2nd-6th LEVELS of the North Garage and you will need to take elevator to the 18th floor, exit Right and walk all the way around to opposite side to the Complex.

WE WILL PAY YOUR FEES.........
There is a one time resort fee of $85.58 + tax that covers all guest in the reservation. We will pay the fee is this is your FIRST time staying with us as a 'Welcome to our Happy Place'. The fee covers RFID wristbands for each guest (12 and older) that gives you access to all 5 pools and fitness center.
It will also include your parking passes (up to 2). You will need to provide First & Last Name of Guest (Age if 12 & under) prior to arrival. Email Address and/or Phone Number, Automobile Color/Make/Model & License number.
If you prefer submitting all the information mentioned above you will be responsible for the $85.58 (plus tax) Resort Fee. I will send you a link if you prefer to pay the Resort Fees & Submit your information. You should receive a confirmation either via text or email directly from resort.

PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd Bedroom is a Bunkroom off of the hallway (NOT IN HALLWAY) with a Barn Door and a Full Size Bathroom. There is also the Living Room that has sofa that folds out into Queen Size Bed. The main Bedroom complete with King Size Bed as well Full Size Bathroom. Airbnb drop down list does not offer area for a "BunkRoom" and stated to add as a 2nd Bedroom until they can work out the kinks.
Since this is such a large resort there will be times in the summer months the elevators are at FULL capacity especially at check-in (4:00pm) and check-out (10:00am) times. Expect waits and PLEASE give yourself ample time whenever utilizing elevators during these BUSY SUMMER MONTHS!
