Other Things to Note:
After booking, guests will complete our Truvi verification process and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. The damage waiver amount may vary depending on the home. The security deposit is a refundable hold, similar to a hotel deposit, that is returned as long as there are no damages, incidentals, or house rule violations. Security deposit amounts typically range from $500 to $1,000 depending on the property.

Other things to note
Know Before You Go:
- As part of our compliance with city ordinances and the global party ban on major travel booking sites, a strict maximum occupancy of 12 guests is in effect for this listing (this includes temporary visitors you may invite to the house). If you’re planning to invite additional friends or family to visit during your stay, please notify us ahead of your visit. Visitors are kindly asked to return home before midnight each night to avoid extra headcount fees. Failure to notify the host an event or gathering on the property will result in immediate eviction and total loss of your deposit (which is no fun for anyone, so please notify us!).
- Smoking is not permitted in the house.
- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-7am, but you're welcome to use the outdoor amenities (quietly) until 11pm.
- The pool will be cleaned most Wednesdays, and the automated pool vacuum is scheduled to clean everyday starting at 8am-12pm.
- The lawn is serviced on Wednesdays during growing season.
- The game room is located in the garage area of the house, as shown in the pictures.
- Our Jacuzzi takes approximately one hour to heat from cold, depending on the time of year.
- The heated pool takes 4-6 hours to reach tepid temperatures and up to 24 hours to fully heat.
ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES:
**It is an additional $125/per day to have access to the pool heater and jacuzzi. This is our fee structure for the extra amenities!
Pool heating is $125 per day if the lowest forecast temp during your stay above 60° f.
Pool heating is $150 per day if the lowest forecast temp during your stay is between 50° f & 60° f .
- The pool will be cleaned most Wednesdays or Thursdays, or may vary depending on the weather, and the automated pool vacuum is scheduled to clean everyday starting at 8am-12pm.
**Guests can request late check-outs for a $100 fee within 1 day of departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before this window. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 12pm.
This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.
** Unapproved late check-out will incur $300 charge.
- An outdoor grill is available for use during your stay. We kindly request that guests clean the grill before and after use to avoid build up and rust. Our cleaning staff will deep clean the grill, but are not responsible for regular cleaning. Propane tank(s) are provided but should it need to be refilled, guests may take it to a nearby store to be exchanged.
- Our properties are professionally serviced regularly for pests and insects, but the population increase dramatically in the summertime, especially around water sources. We ask your understanding if you should notice one. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.
