Other Things to Note
After booking, guests will complete our Truvi verification process and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. The damage waiver amount may vary depending on the home. The security deposit is a refundable hold, similar to a hotel deposit, that is returned as long as there are no damages, incidentals, or house rule violations. Security deposit amounts typically range from $500 to $1,000 depending on the property.

Know Before You Go
➔ Occupancy & Gatherings
To comply with city ordinances and Airbnb’s party ban, there is a strict maximum occupancy of 16 guests (including visitors). If you plan to have visitors, please let us know in advance — they must leave by midnight to avoid additional fees. Unapproved gatherings will result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.
➔ Pool & Jacuzzi Heating
Jacuzzi: Heats in about 4–6 hours, depending on weather
Pool: Takes 4–6 hours to warm, up to 24 hours for full heat
Heating fees:
• $125/day if forecasted lows are above 60°F
• $150/day if forecasted lows are between 50°F–60°F
If you’d like heating, please request it before your arrival so we can prepare. Without advance notice, it may take 12–24 hours to schedule a team member to turn it on, as this must be done manually.

Pool service is usually scheduled on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but may vary with weather
The automated pool vacuum runs daily between 8 AM–12 PM
Yard service occurs weekly, which may fall during your stay
➔ House Rules
No smoking indoors
Neighborhood quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM (outdoor amenities may be used quietly until 11 PM)
Late check-out requests must be made within 24 hours of departure. Approval is not guaranteed and cannot extend past 12 PM. Unapproved late check-outs incur a $300 fee.
