Welcome to your Emerald Coast getaway! Nestled in the sought-after Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, our beautiful townhome is the perfect place for beach vacations, family getaways, couples’ trips, or extended stays.
Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, you’ll also be minutes from local restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and some of Destin’s most popular attractions. After a day at the beach, unwind with a refreshing swim in the community pool or relax on the porch.
The space
3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Sleeps up to 10 people!! This amazing townhouse features an open floor plan, walk-in laundry room, enclosed garage, and a large outdoor porch. You will be provided with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels and various laundry and dish soaps. It is recommended that if you will be staying for longer that you visit a store nearby to acquire anything you may need!
First Floor:
- Single-car garage
- Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway
- Bedroom with two twin bunk beds
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and 43" TV with access to streaming services
- Laundry room with washer and dryer
- Full bathroom with shower/tub combination
Second Floor:
- Open kitchen with bar seating for 6
- Large dining table with seating for 8
- Living area with 50" TV and access to streaming services
- Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and recliner
- Covered balcony with love seat and outdoor table with seating for 4
- Half bathroom
- Master suite: King bed with 55" TV with access to streaming services, daybed, attached bath with walk-in shower and double vanity
- High chair and travel crib (located in the master closet)

- Free wifi and access to streaming services
- Fully equipped kitchen, including Keurig, a coffee pot and ground coffee
- Linens complete with bath and beach towels
- Iron and ironing board

The townhome is in the perfect location for the beach and the Destin Commons! There are a total of 3 parking spots, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage!

Make sure to hit the heart in the top right of the screen to keep up with discounts!
Please remember you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat Lucky Livin' with respect, just as the previous guests have. If there are problems during your stay, we will do our best to correct the problem ASAP.
For non-emergency issues, we will not send maintenance to the property until after you depart.
- Please do not unplug any of the devices in the house because they are all connected via wifi
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- We provide a starter kit of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry pods. You may need to buy more if you require them during your stay.
- Please note that Palmetto Bugs and Asian roaches are native to the Panhandle. We have an exterminator spray quarterly to mitigate bugs from getting in the house. If you notice them in the house it is not a cause for alarm and please let us know.
