DRIVING AND ACCESS
• The chalet is accessed by a steep Vermont dirt road, with the final 1/10 mile all uphill.
• November through April: AWD/4WD and winter tires are required.
• April through early May (mud season): A higher-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended due to muddy road conditions.
• May through October: No special vehicle requirements.
• Please plan accordingly, as weather and road conditions can change quickly.

RURAL SETTING
• The chalet is located in a quiet, wooded setting.
• Guests may see wildlife and hear occasional seasonal maintenance typical of a rural Vermont property.
• Cellular service is limited to poor depending on your carrier, but the Wi-Fi is reliable, and enabling Wi-Fi calling before arrival is strongly recommended.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are located on the property and monitor the driveway and entrances. There are no cameras inside the cabin or in private guest areas.

Where I went to school: University of Vermont.
My work: rental management
This was my father's property that we spent my youth visiting for ski vacations & summer days at the lake. I loved Vermont so much I moved here after finishing High School and never left! It has been a family effort to revitalize the property, tend the gardens (which were my first gardens 20 years ago!), and to finish the projects my father started. It warms my heart to get to open this space for others to visit and create their own memories!
