The Highview(Stowe,Sugarb,Madriver)

LynnRating, 5 stars72 months ago
Warm and inviting, our stay with Karen and Robert exceeded our expectations. The house itself is charming and peaceful, and the owners couldn’t not have been more accommodating. The two bedrooms downstairs was perfect for our family of 4 and afforded us a lot of privacy, despite another family staying there. We would absolutely stay there again.

Sugarbush

MatthewRating, 5 stars86 months ago
We had an awesome time at the Grünberg Haus. The decor was awesome and the hosts even better. We had a great time and would absolutely go back again. The common areas were among the most fun we’ve seen in a B&B. Duane and Leah are gracious and committed to being a top notch B&B and we are excited to going back and seeing how they continue to invest in the property.

We had a great time staying here! It’s a short walk up to the Timberline run, and very easy to ski all the way back to the house. The house felt cozy and comfortable with a big open kitchen/living room area that was perfect for our group. Would stay again!

The Mad House

SamRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our crew of 12 just wrapped up an incredible 5 weeks at The Mad House. Situated half way between Mad River Glenn and Sugarbush, the location could not have been better. The layout was perfect. Plenty of space, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Check in and and check out was also seamless. Frank was on call and responsive the entree time and I enjoyed our chats. Highly recommend The Mad House. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Robert's for the second time in the last 5 years. It is peaceful and serene and has everything myself, my wife, and our two small pups need to enjoy a week in Vermont. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay off the beaten path!

Secluded Chalet in West Bolton

Laura's place is in a beautiful quiet location that was perfect for our activities centered at Bolton Valley Ski Center. We were two couples, and it was only a 15-20 min drive back to the house, where we could relax and cook dinner with all the kitchen gear we needed.

Griffin Lodge Chalet 6 ~ a mile from Stowe Resort

KristinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a great space with ample common area for gathering yet plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms if anyone needed privacy. We had a large group with two families and 5 kids but had plenty of sleeping space and plenty of space to hang out. Kitchen was very well equipped, we made most meals at home. The chalet is very conveniently located to Stowe. The garage space was also a plus. We had a great few days!

Sugarbush Ski House

VanessaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Mary Beth was an excellent host and the place worked so well for our group. We were 4 couples with 1 four-yo, and 3 babies under 1. It took a bit of time to baby-proof but we were ready. All rooms were large enough for pack-and-plays (the room with twin beds was tight, but doable). Proximity to Sugarbush made it easy for parents to swap at the hill without compromising nap schedules. I would disagree with other comments here that the kitchen was “well-stocked”. There were lots of condiments, but the cookware and utensils have seen some hard Airbnb use. Hot tub was not pristine, but nothing a shower couldn’t take care of. Sitting in the hot tub on the deck in the dark with snow falling was awesome. Mary Beth was great to communicate with and super responsive to any issues or questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend.

Chalet Luce - Perfect Location for Everything!

LeslieRating, 5 stars25 months ago
Peter was a great host. He was very responsive and always quick to communicate back to us. Special touches included the local beer, wine and coffee he left for us. We enjoyed our stay at his house. Very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We visited during the winter, so we especially enjoyed the hot tub & wood stove after a day of skiing. Great location to easily get to the ski resort, many restaurants close, Burt’s Irish bar right next door (check it out!), and Alchemist Brewery right up the road. Loved our stay here, thanks Peter!

4 Bedroom Mountain Retreat adjacent to Sugarbush

DrewRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Bill’s place was great! Perfect spot for our guys ski/snowboard trip. There’s 4 bedrooms total and one of the bedrooms in the loft but bill has done a great job making it private and closed off. There are also two full bathrooms - one up stairs and one downstairs. The hot tub and deck outside were awesome! Had a great time - thanks Bill!

Scenic Getaway: Unique Large Home with Views!

LouisRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Beautiful place with beautiful view! Close enough to Warren in bike and it was fun to discover the area! House was clean and had everything. The insinkerator switch was closed so we had issues with the sink but other than that, everything was amazing! Jacuzzi water wasn’t clean and had a weird smell, although it didn’t really bother us but it would be great to verify its maintenance!
