The space is a loft with exposed brick and pipes throughout and a double-volume entry. A dedicated dining area welcomes you which leads into the open plan kitchen, a cosy lounge area with a study/ work station behind. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Only street parking available.

Guests have access to the MOAD campus - there is a pool by Liquid Lab restaurant. Guests are welcome to view ongoing art exhibitions in the museum/ gallery or opt to have a drink at the Vintage Bar, Liquid Lab or in the wine tasting room in the business campus
