This is a detached stand alone non-smoking property located on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs with 12 steps to get to the front door. It has keyless entry and self check-in is welcome after 3PM.

The unit is on the second floor, next to the main house, on a quiet street in the Uptown District. It is near good restaurants and beautiful Audubon Park. The historic streets are great for walking. It is convenient to the St. Charles streetcar and the University District where Tulane and Loyola universities are located.
