Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo at the Carousel. We take care of this condo ourselves to ensure you have a comfortable, clean & well stocked place to stay. This unit sleeps 6, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed & 1 queen sofa bed with washer/dryer. Ocean front balcony & a bay view balcony, an ice skating rink, indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, 2 game rooms, restaurant & bar, fire pits, playground, hot tub, gift shop, gym & sauna & more!!!

The space
We like to make our unit feel comfortable and relaxing. We appreciate every guest who stays with us and try to keep fees and costs lower than other condos as we love repeat guests! You will find the unit is very clean and fully stocked. The building is located on 117th st in ocean city, MD. There are many amenities such as indoor pool, ping pong tables, gym, hot tub, fire pits, kiddie pool, kids day camp, sauna, indoor ice skating rink, snack bar, lounge and restaurant, 2 game rooms, heated outdoor pool, tiki bar, movies on the beach, family photos, family olympics, pirate ship playground and more... outdoor amenities only open during the summer season. We offer extended cable channels and private wifi.
There is a large parking lot as well as a parking garage. Beginning January 1, 2024, The Carousel building requires a $50.00 cash only non refundable registration fee which is paid upon arrival directly to the condo office. Pets are not allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony, there are designated smoking areas outside of the building.
The property has excellent security on site 24/7 and they keep the building safe and quiet during the night hours. During the fall, winter and Spring there is sometimes work being done in the building to get it ready for summer during weekday business hours. Main renter of any party must be 23 years old or older and must be present during the entire stay. No senior week rentals. No parties, loud music, etc. will be tolerated. If the security is called to the unit we reserve the right to evict immediately without refund. (We have never had to do this) No refunds will be given if we have to evict you or for amenity closures, amenity closures sometimes happen off season during the week if the building isnt very busy.

NO PETS ALLOWED per building rules and my daughter and I also have severe pet allergies so unfortunately this includes service animals as well. If an animal is snuck in without permission you will be evicted without a refund. There are security cameras in the halls of the building.

Washer & Dryer, ice skating, indoor pool, outdoor pool, game room, restaurant & bar, snack shop, gym & sauna & more!!! Please read all details below. If we come to clean the unit and it smells like smoke there will be a $50.00 charge. No smoking is allowed on the balcony or inside the unit. We have been told that the amenities will only be open on Fridays & Saturdays for the month of January 2026 (gym & sauna will still be open 7 days a week)... November thru May 31st our amenities may be closed during some days or have limited hours, we do not provide refunds for amenity closures as we cannot control them. We do not provide linens such as sheets, towels, wash cloths but we do supply blankets and pillows. Our thermostats are locked to not go below 70 degrees to avoid the unit freezing up in summer.

So many things are close by..grocery store, pharmacy, movie theater, pizza place, Chinese restaurant, escape room, dunkin donuts and more are directly across the street. Beautiful park just a few blocks up with free activities for kids all summer. Get to the Ocean City Boardwalk in just minutes or the Rehoboth Boardwalk in less than 25 mins...also Assateague Island is close by if you desire to see the wild horses. Plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to.
