This spacious 3 bedroom bungalow is located in a convenient part of Caister-On-Sea. With just 10 minutes walk to the year round dog friendly beach and within walking distance to all the local amenities this is a perfect base to enjoy Caister, The Broads, Coast and Countryside.
The bungalow sleeps 7 guests in three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed leading down a step to its own patio. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has a triple bunk with a double and single bed.

The space
The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are open plan making it a very sociable space. There is an electric fire in the lounge to take the chill off in those colder months. A door leads off of the kitchen into a sun room. In the sun room there is additional seating where toys and games can also be found. This also has the back door that leads to the fully enclosed south facing garden where you can find garden tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.

There are two toilets in the property one in the shower room and one in the cloakroom.


We are happy to accept two well behaved dogs but we ask you use the blankets provided on the lounge seating area for them and do not allow them in the bedrooms/on the beds.

Please note that there are 4 small steps in the bungalow. They are located in the main bedroom and in the conservatory.

Guest access
The property is located within a 10 minute walk from the beach, local supermarkets, convenience shops, takeaways, pubs and restaurants, and a short drive to Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk broads.

We have space to park two cars off road. One on the front on the stones and the other on the driveway. Entrance to the property is through the door on the conservatory.

Other things to note
We also have some lovely, friendly neighbours next door who we ask that you respect during your stay and to keep noise to an acceptable level especially when outside in the evenings.
