Welcome to the Beach House! Your perfect coastal getaway just one block from the white sandy beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast & Rick Seltzer Park, one of the few beach access points offering showers & restrooms!
This fully furnished home features 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, & a half bath downstairs, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Designed for a relaxing & stress-free stay, includes a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful backyard, & beach essentials to help you relax & enjoy.

The space
Guests will have full access to the entire townhouse for their private enjoyment during their stay.

Please note that the home features walk-in showers only; there are no bathtubs. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, and a sleeper sofa is available downstairs for additional sleeping accommodations.

For your convenience, we provide 5 adult-sized and 2 child-sized beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach mat, beach bag, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys for you to enjoy during your stay.

The back of our neighborhood does have boat ramps for putting in your boat or jet ski in at the bay and you can then drive in the boat or on the jet skis from the bay through the shipping channel to the beach side.

Guest access
Enjoy a spacious, privately fenced backyard featuring multiple seating areas, an outdoor shower, a grill, and a fire pit—perfect for relaxing or gathering after a day at the beach. The backyard is exclusively for your use and is not shared with neighboring townhomes.

Other things to note
Access to the beach is public beach access via Rick Seltzer Park. You can easily walk to the beach in 3 minutes or if you prefer you can drive there and park in the parking lot of the park. There are public restrooms at the park. No fees for usage or for parking and there are also outdoor showers to rinse yourself and beach gear off in at the park. Lifeguards present seasonally.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.

A valid government-issued ID may be required upon booking or check-in.

Reservations made under false pretenses (including misrepresentation of age) will be canceled without refund and may result in removal from the property.

No parties or events. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund.

I love to travel. Anytime I’m not working I try to escape to a new destination. I am definitely a beach person and am grateful to have grown up coming to PCB frequently to stay w/ family living in the area. My hubby and I own local businesses in our home town in Georgia, We both work full-time and enjoy our down time. We love our home in PCB and hope that you will enjoy staying there as much as we do.
