This largest 3 bedroom home is private & spacious, sleeps 8 adults, & is unique in Legacy Villas w/ 4 full bathrooms. Gorgeous pools, cabañas, gym, fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs w/full cable, WiFi, 2 car attached garage (with NACS EV Level 2 charger/J1772 adapter in garage) & street parking, & full laundry. Short walk to festival shuttles. Family friendly!

The space
Classic La Quinta style and luxury, Spanish style with two floors. Two bedrooms upstairs, and the primary suite downstairs with the living area. The living room and primary bedroom have gas fireplaces, and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The patio is perfect for eating outside or enjoying a cocktail without foot traffic to intrude on your privacy. Shared gas BBQs are available near the main lap pool area (unfortunately the community doesn't allow them at homes any longer). Please note that the outdoor patios are not frequently cleaned by housekeeping, and regular dust storms could require they be dusted before use.

Guest access
All guests are greeted by the security gate, and only registered guests are allowed entrance. Registered guests have full access to the resort's many pools and hot tubs, club house, and well appointed gym from 6am to 10pm. Access to the house is keyless, and check-in instructions with your personal entrance code to open the door will be sent the day before arrival. Please note that there is a video doorbell that records entrance and exit to the house.

Other things to note
Use of ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772 adapter available) in garage will be billed to renter for the actual cost of use after check out. (Rates depend on time of day from utility, so charging only late night will incur less cost billed to you.)

Neighborhood highlights

Legacy Villas is an exclusive gated resort community a short walk away from the Waldorf La Quinta Resort (not associated), and quick drive to Old Town La Quinta, dozens of world-class golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens for the BNP Paribas, and one of the closest resorts to the Coachella, Stagecoach, and other festivals/events at the Empire Polo Club grounds.

The beautiful main pools (recently rebuilt), gym, and clubhouse are a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house, and smaller pools and hot tubs are just steps away.

The community is secured by a security guard gate 24/7, and has great walking and running paths throughout. Guests at the entrance gate will require authorization to come in to the community.

On weekends during high season (except when restricted by government orders), the Legacy Grille serves up food and drinks by the main pool.
