✔ This is a home – guests must be comfortable with stairs to access the living area and upstairs bedrooms.
✔ NO SMOKING anywhere on our property. No smoking on our deck, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE. If there is evidence of smoking, we will notify Airbnb and charges will be charged.
✔ No parties or events allowed.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
✔ No pets allowed.
✔ Exterior security cameras are installed for safety
✔ No trailer, boat, or jet ski parking in any parking spaces – HOA fines apply.

If the elevator does stop working during your stay, we’ll do our best to get it repaired as quickly as possible ⏳, but some delays may be outside our control. We appreciate your understanding that refunds cannot be provided for temporary outages 🙏

To ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay, we do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.
Our professional cleaning team requires 4–5 hours to properly clean and reset the home between guests. Asking for early check-in or late check-out—especially on the day of arrival or departure—puts added stress on our cleaners and increases the risk of important details being missed.
If you’d like guaranteed access outside our standard check-in/check-out times, please book an extra night. This is the only way we can accommodate an early arrival or late departure.

Guest access
Everything EXCEPT 2 owners closets. We do have lawn care and pest control services done by Bryan Pest Control that will need access to the outside lawn and spraying of exterior. To control the critters coming into home, the inside will need to be sprayed from time to time.
