When you book with La Vida Legacy, you’re booking directly with us, Jonathan and Casie — the owners, hosts, property managers, social media team, and billing department all in one. We do it all (except clean), and for that, we have the best cleaning team in the business.
Our goal is simple: to make your beach trip effortless. Just pack your clothes and come on down — we’ve thought of everything else.
Your beach day is covered with backpack chairs, a Shibumi shade, an XL Bogg bag, backpack cooler, and sunhat — ready and waiting for you.
Inside the home, you’ll be treated like an honored guest. A personal welcome gift will be waiting, along with all the essentials that make travel easier — Redken Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner, Dove body wash, Dawn dish soap, All Free laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and paper towels.
We see you, Mom — and we’ve made sure it’s easy for you, too.
In the kitchen, you’ll find the good coffee (because vacation mornings deserve that). The refrigerator is stocked with basics — a water purifier, mustard, ketchup, and of course, Duke’s mayo.
We see you too, Dad — the grill is ready, complete with charcoal and all the essentials. Just stroll over to The Salty Butcher, pick up some aged steaks, and make a memory around the grill.
And when the sun sets, the fun doesn’t stop — our cabinet is full of beach reads, family games, pickleball paddles, and cornhole bags. Movie night? We’ve got you covered there, too — soft blankets and cozy vibes for a night in.

The Space
Beach Access
Hassle-free beach access is a 30A dream! Beachside Villas has leased a part of the beach (approximate size of 2 football fields) to the west of Beachside Villas just past the last beachfront house on San Roy Road. It is a short walk down San Roy Road (4 min walk) OR you can take the golf cart tram that drops you off and picks you up. The tram runs every 5 min and will pick you up right near the Pool clubhouse. No need to worry about crowds – this part of the beach has no public parking and is secluded to the public, it's your own little slice of paradise! Don’t forget to wear your armbands! These will be provided for you in the condo.

Condo features:
The spacious living and dining area is an open-concept, modern coastal design. This condo is perfect for entertaining and equipped with plenty of seating in the living room and dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot (drip and Keurig), coffee supplies and coffee available if needed, dishes, blender, slow cooker, non-stick pots, and pans, shrimp boil pot, and many other items you may or may not need. The great thing is cooking on vacation is your choice! If you choose to, we have you covered!
Additional features:
- Complimentary Use of 5 backpack beach chairs and a beach umbrella and Shibumi shade. You will also have access to a few beach toys for the children.
- Peek-A-Boo Gulf views from the living room, balcony, and king suite on the 2nd floor of the building
-A high-top conversation table/chair combo is the perfect place for sipping coffee, teleworking, or just staring out at the (peekaboo) ocean view.
-Laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer
- Covered balcony with cushioned seating plus high-top table dining for 2 to take in the gorgeous Gulf view!
-We have amenities and toiletries provided for your stay. Use if you choose.
Bedrooms:
Coastal Comfort: The primary bedroom is made for rest and relaxation! The king bed provides the ultimate comfort and relaxation, especially opening the door to the patio to allow in the salty air breeze. The ensuite bathroom provides privacy, and the closet built-in provides enough space to allow you to unpack and feel at home. Each nightstand is equipped with lamps and multiple charging ports. Redken Extreme shampoo and conditioner provided.
2nd Guest Room: Comfortable king bed with a dedicated workspace. It is decorated with plush bedding and a cozy coastal feel. A dedicated workspace with the ability to use the TV as a monitor (if needed). A closet with multiple hanging options, a dresser/nightstand, and baskets provide multiple ways to unpack and feel at home. Pack n Play available.
Bunk Room: 4 twin beds in 2 bunks make this a child’s paradise. Smart TV with Disney + account provided. Let them have their space and enjoy!
Additional features: each room is equipped with SMART TVs. The 2 King rooms and living room area have blackout curtains.
Community Features:
- Two Community pools - one is heated during cooler months (just steps from our condo)
- Two lighted community tennis/pickleball courts and cornhole/shuffleboard courts (pickleball paddles and cornhole bags are provided in our condo/located in the bunkroom closet)
-Grills throughout the property. One grill and patio is situated right in front of building 10.(pictures provide) and is a great lighted option for hosting a family meal outside. You will find grilling tools inside the condo, and possibly even charcoal depending on the rotation of the guests.
- Parking for 2 vehicles- please use the passes provided in the condo
-Lake Access: Take a stroll down San Roy Rd. and you'll be met with the lake on the right and the beach on the left. Great for little ones to play! There is also a public boat ramp on Lakewood Drive on the way to our condo from 30A which allows fishing and small motorboats/ paddleboats.
-Biker's Bliss! On-site bike rental is available. We have an exclusive dealer- perks are no wait deliveries and community discount. Information will be provided after booking. Biking around 30 A is one of our favorite things to do! It is about a 3-mile bike ride to Seaside and less than 6 miles east to Rosemary Beach. Enjoy the 18-mile bike trail along 30A.
Guest access
It's all yours. Guests will have 100% access to the entire condo during their stay!

Other things to note
First, if you choose to book with us, this makes you our honored guest. Also, this isn’t just a STR (Short Term Rental), this is our dream. We want a place where we can pack a bag, grab a few groceries, and have a great experience at the beach, and we want this for you too. Going to the beach and packing all the things can make the trip a hassle for families and also make your trip a hectic start. We have 6 backpack beach chairs, an umbrella, a small Shibumi, a Bogg bag, a backpack cooler, and beach towels available for you. When you arrive, you will have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Don't worry ladies, the master bath has Redken Extreme with Dove body wash. No need to pack yours unless you like a specific brand. In the kitchen, you will find dishwasher pods, trash bags, Dawn, paper towels, paper plates, and plastic cups. Use what you need. If you are here for 3-5 days, you’ll probably have enough supplies. If you are here for a week or two, you might need to replenish. 🙂 Also in the kitchen, you will find coffee, lots of coffee, and the supplies you need to make multiple pots. I doubt you run out of coffee while you are here, no matter how long you stay, because in Jonathan’s world, a good coffee supply is essential. The PUR water pitcher should be full, sitting in the fridge, cold, waiting for you to refill your water bottles to take to the beach. In the laundry room, you will find detergent (ALL free) and softener. Use it. If you have sensitive skin or prefer a special brand, you might want to bring your own.
We’ve decided to not lock up the cleaning supplies. Use your common sense on this. It’s not for you to take home with you, but for you to use while you are there. Kitchens get messy, floors get sticky, and beach sand is always brought in. If it bothers you, use what we have to make it not bother you. If it doesn’t bother you, a sweet gal will come in behind you & make it perfect for the next guest.
