Less than a mile to the beach with a 20-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the sand, this spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open-concept living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy meals on the front deck or coffee on the back porch overlooking the huge backyard. Beach chairs, grill, outdoor shower, parking, linens, and made beds included!

Welcome to Lauren’s Dream, a spacious and comfortable Oak Island vacation home designed for family fun, relaxation, and making lasting memories. With plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles in the paved driveway and under-home area, you’ll have plenty of room for everyone and all your beach gear. Located just steps from the Intracoastal Waterway, this home is perfect for fishing, kayaking, water activities, and bird watching.

Start your day with coffee on the back deck while enjoying the sunrise, or relax in the evening on the upper front porch while taking in beautiful sunsets. The outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy the island lifestyle.

Inside, the open-concept floor plan offers plenty of space to gather and unwind. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together seamlessly, creating a comfortable space for family meals, game nights, and quality time. Relax with the 55” Roku TV, high-speed WiFi, and a selection of books and games for guests of all ages.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners. Featuring stainless steel appliances, a double oven range, and all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and serving pieces you need, preparing meals is easy and enjoyable. Coffee lovers will appreciate the variety of options, including a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, espresso maker, and bean grinder. The nearby laundry room adds convenience during your stay.

When it’s time to recharge, choose from four comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a new queen bed, desk workspace, smart TV, large closets, and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers another queen bed and spacious closet. The third bedroom includes a double bed, dresser, and luggage rack, while the fourth bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and desk — perfect for kids or additional guests. With room for multiple couples or families, everyone can enjoy their own comfortable space. Room-darkening curtains and blinds help ensure restful nights, and all linens are provided.

Outside, enjoy the fully fenced backyard where kids and pups can play freely. There is plenty of storage space underneath the home for beach equipment, kayaks, fishing gear, and more. After a day of adventure, rinse off in the spacious private two-person outdoor shower. A kayak and paddles are also available for guests to enjoy.

- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house, up on the decks, or under the house. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted. Please message the host if you need an exception.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED
- Some paper towels and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
