FULLY FENCED YARD * NO PET FEES! Lauren's Dream is the ultimate family & pet-friendly home! Less than a mile to the beach & close to downtowns with tons of space to spread out. An open concept living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen + 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Have your meals on the front deck or sip you coffee on the back porch overlooking the huge backyard! Beach chairs, grill, outdoor shower, ample parking under house. All linens included & beds made!

The space
Welcome to Lauren's Dream, the perfect Oak Island vacation home! Tons of parking for 6 cars in the front paved driveway and under the house. Lots of space to store all your gear under the house or in the back yard. Take in evening sunsets on the front upper porch! Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck as the sun rises. The home is also steps from the intracoastal waterway, perfect for fishing, water sports, or bird watching.

Inside, you'll find an open concept floor plan. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are wide open with plenty of space to spread out. The living room has a 55" roku tv, super fast wifi, and plenty of games and books for the whole family.

The kitchen is a cook's dream! Fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, silverware, and utensil you need. No meal is too big or small when you're cooking here. Have coffee your way with a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a french press, espresso maker, and a bean grinder. Stainless steel appliances and double oven range give the space a modern look and feel. The nearby laundry room provides efficient access for laundry.

The primary bedroom is spacious with a new queen bed, desk, smart tv, large huge closets, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also boasts a queen bed and large closet. The third bedroom includes a double bed, dresser, and luggage rack. The 4th bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk and a desk. All of this space perfect for 3-4 couples, 1 large family, or 2 small families. Wooden blinds and room darkening drapes ensure everyone can sleep in during their vacation. All linens provided!

Out back is a secluded yard, fully fenced and perfect for the dogs and kids to run and play. There is tons of room under the house to store any of your beach gear, kayaks, fishing equipment, or anything else you can think of. Rinse off all the sand in the spacious, 2-person private outdoor shower. A Kayak and paddles are also available for use.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house, up on the decks, or under the house. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted. Please message the host if you need an exception.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED
- Some paper towels and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
