In 1890 the Joseph Drown House was one of the first homes built in Manhattan! And in a great location - close to downtown, KSU, Aggieville, and more.

There are 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and 2 recently remodeled bathrooms. The home features a large outdoor entertaining area, heated kitchen and bathroom floors, and of course an unforgettable historical experience!

The space
Each bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and TV. One bedroom is located on the main floor and the other three are upstairs. There are two recently remodeled bathrooms - one on each floor. There's a living room with a loveseat couch and a dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee in the enclosed porch overlooking the fenced backyard.

The home has built plenty of character over the past 133 years and your welcome book features details of the home's history and newspapers clippings from the past.
