Two-room apartment with panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, in the quiet of the Sardinian Mediterranean maquis.
The apartment is on the first and top floor of a lovely villa in the Eden Rock area, a 5-minute drive from the wonderful and renowned beaches of Southern Sardinia.
Our strong point is the large outdoor veranda where you can enjoy the view, eat and drink in an enchanting atmosphere by day and night, when you can admire a dreamy starry sky and the moon rising over the sea.

The space
The apartment has:
- private parking space next to the entrance;
- an air-conditioned bedroom with air conditioning;
- double sofa bed in the living room
- Bathroom with shower and hairdryer;
- Air-conditioned kitchen with air conditioning, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, and sofa bed;
- a terrace overlooking the sea, where you can taste and enjoy a wonderful view and quiet.
Cleaning fees also include bed linens and towels.
Other facilities are available such as Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ironing board, ironing board, clothes rack, baby box cot, high chair for infants.

L'appartamento è perfetto come base di partenza per coppie, piccole famiglie ed amici che vogliono esplorare le coste del Sud Sardegna e passare belle serate di relax e divertimento nel centro di Pula, Domus de Maria e Teulada.
Le attrazioni più importanti nei dintorni:
- La foresta di Gutturu Mannu, con escursioni da principianti con bambini ad esperti; a 15 minuti d'auto.
- Le saline di Cagliari, con visite guidate con trenino, tutelate dal FAI; a 40 minuti d'auto.
- Il parco avventura Puladventure, dai 3 anni in su; a 3 minuti d'auto.
- Il meraviglioso Parco Archeologico di Nora; a 15 minuti d'auto.
- Il mare e la storia dell'isola di Sant'Antioco; a 1h d'auto.
- Le feste serali e le sagre di Pula, Domus de Maria, Teulada e Santa Margherita.

Per questa struttura verrà applicata la tassa di soggiorno pari a €1,50 a notte per persona.
Sono esenti dal pagamento:
• i minori di 12 anni,
• le persone con disabilità e un accompagnatore,
• gli autisti di pullman turistici e gli accompagnatori che prestano assistenza a gruppi organizzati (uno ogni 25 partecipanti),

Rubbish instructions : Organic waste What goes in:
Food scraps, bones, fish bones, fruit peels and
pits, vegetable scraps, tea bags, coffee
grounds, shells (eggs, nuts, mussels, clams,
shrimp), bread, used and dirty paper napkins
and tissues, cork stoppers, ash, paper towels.
What doesn't:
Liquid foods, oil, grass and leaves in large
quantities, diapers, sanitary products, rags
(even if wet), hazardous materials.
Use only Mater-Bi bags, no loose waste
Plastic What goes in:
Water and drink bottles, liquid containers
(shampoo, detergents, etc.), yogurt pots and
similar, food trays (polystyrene and plastic),
polystyrene packaging, plastic plates, cups,
and cutlery, plastic hangers.
What doesn't:
Toys, basins, chairs, small tables, and hard
plastic objects.
Use only transparent bags, no loose waste
Paper and Cardboard What goes in:
Magazines, newspapers, sheets, books and
notebooks, advertising flyers, pizza boxes even
if greasy, envelopes, boxes and large
packaging, beverage cartons (Tetra Pak®),
cardboard.
What doesn't:
Material paired with other materials, carbon
paper, and aluminum foil.
Use only the provided white containers
Glass and Aluminum What goes in:
Bottles, jars, cans (beer, soft drinks), pots and
containers even with metal lids, general
tinplate containers, pots, utensils and lids,
coffee pots, aluminum and steel pans.
What doesn't:
Ceramic and porcelain shards, mirrors, light
bulbs and neon tubes, ovenproof dishes.
Dispose loose in the provided container
Generic waste What goes in:
Audio and video cassettes, CDs, ceramic
shards, stockings, diapers, sanitary products,
pens, lighters, cigarette butts, hygiene sticks,
razors, adhesive, varnished, oiled, laminated
paper, candles, hair, toothbrushes, insulating
tape, umbrellas, rubber, syringes, cosmetics,
vacuum cleaner dust, filament light bulbs.
What doesn't:
All recyclable materials, hazardous waste,
energy-saving light bulbs, batteries.
Use only pink bags

Tourist Tax Notice:
A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night will be applied to this property.
The following categories are exempt from payment:
• children under 12 years old,
• individuals with disabilities and one accompanying person,
• bus drivers and tour guides assisting organized groups (one exemption per 25 participants),
• law enforcement and military personnel on duty,
• volunteers in the event of natural disasters,
• university students enrolled in local degree programs.
Please note that the amount of the tourist tax may vary, as local authorities update the rates annually.
