Welcome to our Stylish Apartment in Mestre – just minutes from Venice. Bright, modern, and cozy, this ground-floor apartment features 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just steps from public transport, you can reach Venice in minutes while enjoying a quiet, well-connected neighborhood.
You can also explore Lido di Venezia, Padua, Treviso, Jesolo, and other beautiful destinations in the Veneto region — all easily accessible for unforgettable day trips.

The space
A charming flat in a villa with a separate entrance, recently renovated. It features:

One master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom

One secondary bedroom with a double bed

A living room

A fully equipped kitchen

A second bathroom with a shower

The flat has new furniture and a large TV with Netflix and Prime. All windows are fitted with electrical shutters.

In front of the house, there is free parking for one car. If the space is occupied upon your arrival, we will cover the cost of parking on the nearby blue-lined spaces on the same street.

Some legal notes: we are legally registered and licensed as touristic apartment (Veneto Region no. Z02912) and we have to comply many burocratic procedures. We have to send your personal data to the various institutions, like Police/Questura, Regione Veneto and finally to the City of Venice. We do not like it as it's time consuming but this is the law so we will need your collaboration in order to be able to comply. More than this City of Venice is asking all the tourist to pay the tourist tax for maximum 5 days of stay. This is 4 euro a night for the adults and 2 euro a night for the children over 10 years old. For example a family with two adults and one child of 11 years old will pay for a 2 nights stay totally 20 euro. We will kindly ask you to calculate it yourself and leave it in the envelope together with the reqested personal data. Thank you so much for understanding!

You are at 5 minutes walking to the old center of this part of the city. Just look on Maps to Piazza Ferretto and go tere to enjoy shopping, good food or some drinks.

Next to the house, just accross the street is the old Pub Al Distributore and at 5 minutes walking you will find Pizzeria AeOche Excelent pizza and not only: meat and pasta is available. Also Pizzalonga Away is just there.

Just a fee minutes walking in Via Miranese is a fruit and vegetable seller, bakery or pasticceria. Anything you may need for your breakfast will be there, fresh made in a typical italian style and quality
