This beautifully decorated luxury townhome is perfectly located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach in the popular community of Prominence on 30A. This beach home has all the amenities you need-including a fully equipped kitchen, 6-seater golf cart, 4 bikes, and resort style community pools! Close to the best dining and shopping, including the popular Big Chill, across the street. We have everything you need: beach chairs, towels, a cooler, toys, beach umbrella, and more!

PROMINENCE BEACH ACCESS POINTS

Beach Access to the West:
Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located .5 miles away. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk froth parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.
Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.

Beach Access to the East:
Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.


TRANSPORTATION:
-Complimentary 6 seater golf cart is available for use with this unit (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE and golf cart waiver must be signed by each guest)

While we love four legged friends, we have a strict NO PETS policy due to allergies in our family.

Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach. **This access point is temporarily more difficult to get to due to the bridge closure past Deer Lake State Park.

Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available, but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.
Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
