Landmark One is a lakefront home located in the heart of Deep Creek Lake, less than 3 miles to Wisp and even closer to most restaurants, bars and activities.
It features a boat slip and a hot tub.
The home boasts cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, and massive lakefront windows in the living room. Three bedrooms with queen beds and a/c, a loft with two twin beds, and a pull out couch.
The ultimate base for skiing, boating, and lake life! It was featured on HGTV and The Washingtonian.

The space
Landmark One is a four-season retreat at Deep Creek Lake.
Summer: Dive into lake life! Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming from your dedicated dock slip, located just a gentle, slope away. The shoreline is perfect for sunbathing and soaking up the summer rays.

Fall: Witness the mountain's transformation. Relax on the patio or in the private hot tub as you take in the vibrant fall foliage that surrounds the property.

Winter: Embrace the snow! You are less than 3 miles from Wisp Resort, making it easy to hit the slopes for skiing, snowboarding, or tubing. After a day in the cold, warm up by the stone fireplace and enjoy the hot tub as you overlook the lake.

Spring: Enjoy the quiet beauty of the season. Mornings are ideal for fishing on the calm lake waters or hiking through the nearby trails.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, porch, hot tub, yard, shared boat dock with dedicated boat slip,
3 owner closets are not accessible and are used for owner storage.

Other things to note
Because we are centrally located, our home sits near the main road that runs through Deep Creek. While this makes getting around a breeze, you may notice traffic noise.
For safety and security there is a security camera positioned outside the main entrance (exterior only).
