A new 2022, 3 bed home located on a spacious plot. We are the perfect location to sit back and relax.
Enjoy your own private Hot Tub, comfy outdoor seating or for Aeroplane enthusiasts enjoy the thrill of the Coningsby RAF heading off for training.
We provide a home from home experience when you stay with us. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area should you choose to eat in and a comfy lounge to sit and relax at the end of an action filled day. Three bedrooms; one double, and 2 twin.

The space
Outside we offer a front relaxing deck; accessible from the front patio doors. To the side we have a decked area with sunken hot tub and dining seating for 8.
Inside we offer a comfy lounge, smart tv with Netflix; should the weather be unforgiving and fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine.
One double bedroom and two singles with a family bathroom consisting of shower and toilet and separate toilet and wc.
Max occupancy is 8 guests, maximum 6 adults.

Please find attached a statement from Tattershall regarding furry guests. This includes the park grounds so does include a stay even without a pass

Park statement

Certain types of dog are not allowed on any of our Parks, in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all our guests. These include: XL Bully, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa, and any other dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act or which are legally required to be muzzled.
