If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible. Both are subject to availability and carry a $50 per hour fee. We’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee.

🗝️ You'll have complete access to the property with keyless entry for a smooth, hassle-free check-in. The entire home, pool area, dock/deck, backyard, amenities, and available watercraft are yours to enjoy.

ℹ️ For your convenience, a propane tank is provided with the grill in the outdoor cooking area. We make every effort to keep it full and ready for use. If it happens to run out during your stay, you’re welcome to refill or exchange it at a nearby store, allowing you to continue enjoying the grill. If you’d like us to prepare a full tank, we can provide it for $75 (please request 48 hours before arrival).
⚠️NOTE: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times. This includes loud music, large groups, or disruptive activities. Small gatherings, such as a family dinner or quiet celebration, may be allowed if discussed and approved in advance of booking. Please reach out to us ahead of time if you would like to host a special occasion.
🔵 Pool Heater
We’re happy to offer pool heating during the seasonal months (October-March), and we’ll pre-heat the pool to about 80°F for your stay. Please note that actual water temperature can vary depending on the weather, as outdoor conditions affect how warm the pool can stay once the heater reaches its limit.
➥Important to know: A heated pool is not the same as a hot tub. While hot tubs typically range from 90–100°F, a heated pool generally maintains a temperature between 80–85°F. For your comfort, the pool heater operates daily from 9 AM to 9 PM.

☑ Do not use boats during storms, high winds, or at night.
☑ Inspect all equipment before use; do not use if damaged. Report issues immediately.
☑ Return all boats, paddles, and life jackets to storage after use.
☑ Follow all posted signage and instructions.
