You’ll have access to a double garage, private patio, front porch, and if overflow parking is needed we can arrange that across the street from your front door upon request!

Other things to note
By booking a stay with us, you are certifying that you have read all rules and agree to adhere to them, as well as make sure all guests in the home are aware of them.

Please let us know if you’ll need more parking than the two spots in the garage. You’ll access the home through the back door after entering the garage. The entry code will be preset for you. An access code to the garage door will also be provided upon check-in. A $75 pet stay cleaning fee is required when you stay with a pup, please be sure that you add the pet to your reservation request or inquiry prior to sending it. Additionally please note that dogs are not allowed on the carpet on the upper level in the home. A gate is provided. Fees apply for any stains or spills on the carpet, that occur during your stay. Please see house rules! An unapproved pet fee of $100 will be assessed without approving the pet first. If smoking occurs outside of the home or the scent of smoke inside is reported by our cleaning team, a remediation fee of at minimum $250 will be charged to your account.
