We enjoyed our weekend at Jenny's house - it is a large and comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood but also near plenty of shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the fireplace as well as playing darts!

The place was spotless and fantastic. have everything you need for a great stay.

Home was cozy and suited my needs perfectly. Quiet neighborhood (it is winter) lol Property was easy to find, super close to any major restaurant and grocery store. I was just in for a few days for business so this was perfect! Thanks again! JJ

Hunter was great. Super responsive for all our needs and extremely accommodating. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen to make cooking and eating in easy. Great host! Just wish it was summer time so we could have walked to the ballpark for a game!

House was very nice and comfortable to stay. Her description on how to use the thermostat was very helpful.

Overall great stay for thanksgiving weekend. Host was responsive and respectful. The apartment was just as described. Clean and well kept. My only issue was gnats, and that’s probably just because the ac wasn’t on and it might not have had guests for a few weeks. I would recommend chay and his place for sure. Would definitely be coming back if possible

My husband and I have used Airbnb on many travels, more overseas but quite a few domestically and this was one of our best. Lyndsay is so outstanding and was the best hostess . She responded immediately to any of our questions and genuinely cared that we were happy with her apartment. The apartment was very clean, had a wonderful well stocked kitchen and was perfectly comfortable. The entire complex was very quiet- could hear some noise from person who lives above her apt but nothing to complain about, just a person walking around. The apt is tastefully decorated, no unnecessary clutter etc. would certainly recommend the Airbnb. Nice spacious bathrooms- felt so at home. Again Lyndsae was a remarkable hostess !

The apartment was beautiful and close to the PNC Music Pavilion for the concert my son and I were attending. The host was always responsive and nice. We did not have any issues getting in or checking out. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I will be staying again for my next concert in Charlotte.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at!! Larry's attention to detail and design of place is truly unmatched!! With a full bath upstairs and half bath down makes it easier for the resident as well as guests. Kitchen is brand new with every appliance or gadget needed. House has smart features as well as brand new Roku Tvs in every room. Living room greets you when you walk in to a brand new Tv and accents that feel welcoming. Highly recommend! It was only a 22 min drive to Uptown and plenty to do nearby University City!

Just stunning! Really modern. Looks exactly like what was pictured. The hosts were super attentive and accommodating. This will be a fantastic getaway during the summer. Close to other of attractions. I think if they were to add a hot tub, this would be a rental in every season for me. They are Super hosts!

Jeff's house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I love how everything was labeled, from the contents of the kitchen cabinets to the light switches, making everything so easy. We had a car and were able to navigate in and out of the neighborhood easily. The location put us fairly close to downtown and the greenway. I would recommend Jeff's house if going to Charlotte.

We loved the house. The pictures matched the description perfectly. There was an issue with the back lighting and it was addressed immediately. Only down fall is there was no water in the kitchen but worked in the bathrooms. Also she provided bottled water so it worked out well. She is very attentive and takes pride in her home to make whom ever is staying there to feel like home. Thank you!!! I recommend the stay. The neighborhood was kinda sketchy but don't judge a book by its cover. It was very peacefu.

Jason & Larry’s tiny house was immaculate. They thought of everything even dog necessities! Kitchen is very clean with everything you need. Throws were provided in case you wanted to sit on the porch. The fireplace gave a wonderful homey feeling. Our two 10 yr old granddaughters were with us and enjoyed sleeping/hanging out in the loft. Bathroom was also clean and had very nice fixtures. And the bedroom STORAGE was unbelievable! Lots of drawers and closets. Also USB ports. I can’t say enough!!! We took advantage of trail around the farm several times. We dog enjoyed running thru leaves and watching all the squirrels. This property gives a secluded feeling while easily accessible to restaurants and going into Uptown Charlotte. We used light rail and it was clean and convenient. Highly recommend! We’ll be back. Donna’s place was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we were able to cook part of the thanksgiving dinner there. I highly recommend Donna’s home to stay in.

Ruslan was extremely accommodating and very responsive! Will definitely go back and recommend to others! I stayed while waiting for my new place to be completed and he was absolutely a great host! Not to mention how nice the place is! My 19 & 20 year old siblings loved the led lights and said it was vibey! Lol lovely home!

House is well furnished, beds and furniture are quite comfortable. Interior is laid out very well. he bedrooms provide good privacy, but there is plenty of room to socialize in the living room and kitchen areas.
