Just steps away from the beach, close to the Malecon, bars, clubs, coffee shops, restaurants, Ola Atlas and Los Muertos beaches, as well as the pier. The condo is on a quiet street, and there is no noise from the bars and nightlife.

Fully secure building, with 24/7 cameras and a concierge during daytime.

The space
A master bedroom with a king size bed and attached ensuite, along with awork desk and views of the beach from the windows.

A second guest bedroom with a king size bed with direct entrance to guest/hall bathroom. The guest bedroom has a sliding wall/door that closes and locks for total privacy.

All linens, toiletries, bath and beach towels, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

The living room features a floor-to-ceiling window with the best view in the building, overlooking the bay.

A fully equipped kitchen, including oven, gas stove, microwave, wine fridge and island.

Balcony overlooking the bay, with 2 relaxing chairs and a table with 4 chairs.

Smart TVs, ceiling fans and AC units are in bedrooms and living room. Wifi is available throughout the condo.

Pool, gym and BBQ area are just one floor up on the rooftop, which also offers views of the bay.
