Welcome to KOYOMO | Designer Suite, Nature Retreat!

The house looks out over breathtaking views across the Santa Monica Mountains. You will feel a world away from the city below, only 20mins drive from Santa Monica.

This listing is for the entire garden level of our 3 story home. Every room opens onto the covered walkway patio with expansive views.

We invite you to share in the deep peace and inspiration found here, while immersed in the sights and sounds of Nature.

The space
We are about 5-10mins drive up a winding mountain road, off Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Expect to be awe inspired with how expansive and peaceful it is here! The skyline and landscape are ever changing, and there is often a fresh ocean breeze. Frog song and crickets make for a nightly sound-bath under a starlit sky. We often have deer and other wildlife roaming the property.

We have made every effort to create a harmonious, creative and inspiring living environment with an easy indoor / outdoor flow. We provide high end bed linens from Parachute, and non-toxic cleaning products throughout.

Its an ideal place to retreat and work on a project or hideaway for rest and relaxation. All rooms on the garden floor open onto a patio area or covered walkway with expansive views.

You will feel immersed in the landscape.

The dining patio by kitchen / living door; garden path and steps down to the local walking loop track.

Other things to note
We live in the top floors of the house. The apartment is very private and quiet. We keep to ourselves!

We have a family dog, a silver Labrador, named Luna. She is protective of the property, with all the wildlife in our area, and does tend to bark when she senses coyotes but also deer (much to my dismay!).

She may also bark when she first sees you but she is a softy and very friendly. If she pops down to your zone, please feel free to interact with her or send her away as you prefer. She listens well. But please don’t feed her anything 🙏🏽

We are nestled in a rare wildlife corridor, on the backside of Tuna Canyon.

Our expansive views stretch out over Topanga Canyon, from far across the valley and the Angeles National Park, to Eagle Rock, to a glimpse of DTLA beyond the ridge line.

The house is 10mins drive from the amazing Topanga Living cafe or Cafe 27, both with excellent Coffee and Organic cafe food options for breakfast or lunch.

Inn of the Seventh Ray is a delightful, romantic option for an al fresco dinner.

The Canyon Gourmet has a fabulous deli style food and wine selection.

Topanga State Beach is 15mins by car and the stretch of Malibu beaches are 15-30 mins drive away.
