Relaxed, effortless, and designed for unforgettable coastal memories. Golf cart is available for rent with 2 day min and is NOT included. The space
ATTENTION Travel Ball families. We are located only 6 min from PUBLIX sports complex. We have a cooler on wheels, wagon and chairs for your use. Be sure to include your sport and team name for an extra added surprise.

Master bedroom offers a King sized bed with NEW mattress, Smart TV and private bathroom with updated glass shower and large walk in closet.

2nd bedroom offers a bunk bed with a NEW twin mattress on top and a NEW full mattress on the bottom, ceiling fan and smart TV.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a new memory foam mattress topper, ceiling fan and a Smart TV.

The 2nd bathroom is located past the laundry room where you will find an updated shower with glass doors.

There is a high chair located in the master closet as well as a playpen , however no sheets are provided for it. You will need to bring your own.

A starter pack will be provided to you for your stay. It is the same size no matter the length of your stay.

Please note: The downstairs unit is reserved for the owners and our family. While you’ll have full private access to the upstairs unit, garage and backyard amenities, we’re occasionally there if you need anything during your stay.

Guest access
The upper unit and backyard will be your personal private space along with the beautiful upper deck which can be accessed through the living room or stairs. You will also have access to the garage where you will find beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, beach toys, yard games, bikes, helmets and more for you to use during your stay. There is a golf cart available to rent for a daily fee. Contact us if you are interested.

Other things to note
Minimum age to book is 25 years old. You’re NOT allowed to book for minors or as a third party. The individual responsible for booking is required to be a minimum of 25years old and occupy the house each day/night. If we discover that this rule is not being followed we have the right to ask you to leave and no refund will be issued.

The downstairs unit is reserved for the owners and our family. While you’ll have full private access to the upstairs unit, garage and backyard amenities, we’re occasionally there if you need anything during your stay!

*****NEW 2024 golf cart Now available for an additional fee for the length of your stay****** let us know if you’re interested in hearing rates. It is NOT included with your booking.

All registered service animals are welcome with proof of registration. We allow one pet with a $200 pet fee which is nonrefundable and due at the time of booking. However, your pet must be house trained and not allowed on the furniture during your stay. We require you to clean up after your pet at dispose of all waste in baggies and placed outside in the trashcan.

If you are traveling for a sporting event and wish to host a team BBQ or gathering in the backyard, please message us with details for approval.

OTHER INFO
Please do not park in the circular portion of the driveway located in the front.
There are absolutely NO firearms allowed on the property.
Smoking is ONLY permitted in the backyard near the pavilion and we ask you properly and safely dispose of your trash.

check in
CHECK IN time is 4 PM.
Our home features a smart lock which will both lock and unlock the door. To wake the keypad up, tap the keypad area with the palm of your hand. Then, enter the passcode, which will be provided to you the day of check in through messages.

check out
CHECK OUT time is 10 AM.
LOCK DOORS and RETURN KEYS to key holder located by the door.

BEFORE YOU GO, please.....
-Rinse dishes and place in dishwasher and start dishwasher.
-Please leave all bedding on the beds and allow for our cleaning company to strip the beds
-Take out the trash and place it in the trashcan outside.
-Set thermostat to 75.
-Make sure all windows are closed and locked.
-Empty and dispose of leftover food in the fridge and freezer.
-Make sure all doors are locked and secure upon exiting.
-Make sure all keys are placed back on the key holder by the front door.
-Get home safely and come back soon!i
