The space
Welcome to my authentic and cosy one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor.

Immerse yourself in the heart of St Kilda in this stylishly renovated, very personalised and styled art deco home featuring work from local artists and an eclectic book collection - something for everyone!

Features include beautiful pressed high ceilings and heaps of appliances like a washing machine, dishwasher, SMART TV and barista style coffee machine. Refresh in the spacious modern bathroom, complete with a luxurious rain shower. Queen size luxury mattress with a built in memory foam topper. Just be mindful to change your sleeping position!!

You get the great combo of home comforts with everything on your doorstep or the option to cook your own meals in the full kitchen! There’s 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.

Despite its quiet ambiance, this apartment is conveniently located right in the heart of St Kilda.

The airport bus takes you 100M from the front door and there’s ample public transport nearby.

A stones throw (10 minutes) to the iconic Acland and Fitzroy Streets plus Luna Park, the beach and the Esplanade. On your doorstep are cafes, restaurants, bars and an amazing bakery plus 3 different supermarkets to choose from. Or jump on the tram number 96 that stops at Luna Park and head to South Melbourne Market.

There's a fabulous coffee ‘hole in the wall’ a few doors down and your first coffee and pastry is on me :)

There’s a couple of other discounts I have set up around the neighbourhood available to you, on your arrival!

For some outdoor fun, take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the brand new St Kilda pier featuring a viewing deck to watch the infamous fairy penguins or head for a stroll around Albert Park Lake.

A personal favourite of mine is the St Kilda Botanical Gardens nearby. Take a picnic and spend some time relaxing in there.

Or catch the tram 67 or 3 at the end of the street that goes past the Royal Botanical Gardens and NGV into the city.

Resident parking spots are unallocated and subject to availability but, there is usually a spot to be found.

If no parking spots are available there is a guest parking permit inside the apartment for parking on Charles Street. Display parking permit on the dash of your car.

Other things to note
THIS IS A NO PARTIES SPACE and NO SMOKING HOME.

Great for both solo travellers and couples.

You will find interesting art and objects around from my travels that I’ve collected for many decades and a pretty damn cool book collection too.

At the other end of the street are trams 3 & 67 - a quick 20- 30 minutes and you’re in the city.

Near Luna Park, just 10 minutes walk, you can jump on the 16 or 96 trams.

Nearby is yoga, martial arts, well known Japanese restaurant right next door, gorgeous wine and oyster bar directly across road, a retail space featuring local artists and makers, delicious Thai and Indian across the road and a famous chippy on the corner that you’ll literally see queues for (not kidding!!) PLUS the best margarita pizza I have ever eaten directly across the road.

There’s also 3 supermarkets 10 walk for cooking at home.

The street is literally jam packed and that’s before you’ve even started exploring St Kilda!

My work: Travel Curation

Hi, I’m Kirsty or K if you like things short and simple. I’ve been travelling for 40 years, from beach shacks to five-star stays. I curate travel experiences in Sri Lanka where urban edge meets island flow, and help new or struggling hosts turn their Airbnbs into booked-out 5-star stays like mine. I’ve seen it all and fixed most of it. I’m a message away if you’d like to learn more :)
