The space
On the beach! Fast WiFi with two flat screen smart TV’s. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, television, ocean view windows, dresser, and closet. The living room has three sofa beds. One is a queen size and the other two are twin beds. All the sofa beds have comfortable gel foam mattresses. There is a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a television. Dining area with ocean view. There is one parking space allowed to the apartment.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the complete apartment. Beach is accessible with a key card that will be provided. Laundry room and gym are located on the second floor. Guests will be provided with a key to access both. Guests will be allowed one parking space within gated complex. A parking pass will be provided. Guests will be provided their own unique code to enter using the smart lock.

This is a wonderful space for couples and families alike. This is a home so please treat it with care. Keep in mind this is a private residence and not a hotel so you must abide by the rules to enjoy a pleasant stay.
